This tall fast bowler is the part of most celebrated pace attack in history of South African Cricket along with Dale Steyn and Vernon Philander. He is right-arm fast bowler with genuine pace who can surprise batsman due to extra bounce and pace. Morne made his Test Match debut in 2006 against India but dropped from Test Team in 2009. He regained his Test spot in 2010 after he performed well at domestic level. He is also use-full batsman who can score some valuable runs with tale-enders.
Morne Morkel was born on 6 October 1984 in Transvaal South Africa. His elder brother Albe Morkel is also fast bowler who played many Test Matches and ODI’s for his National side. Morne has played in England for Kent County Club and also part of IPL. He began his first class career when he was only 19 years old.
