Highest Mountain in Africa
Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest point in the continent of Africa. This highest mountain in African continent has three volcanic cones, Shira, Mawenzi and Kibo but it is dormant volcano situated in Kilimanjaro National Park, Tanzania. Total elevation of this mountain is 5895 meters or 19341 feet.
Hans Meyer and Ludwig Purtscheller were the first mountain climbers who reached at the top of this mountain in 1889.
