Celia Sasic is not only the best striker in German Women Soccer Team but also among the best in the world. Currently she is the highest goal scorer in the German National squad and one of the most experienced players of her country. The German Footballer of the Year 2012 started her National Debut in 2005 and since than a spear head of his team.

Celia Sasic was born on 27 June 1988 in Bonn West Germany. She is the daughter of Cameroonian father and French mother. After playing for different clubs during his early days, she started her professional club career with SC 07 Bad Neuenahr in 2004. Her stay with Bad Neuenahr was long and unforgettable where she scored 97 goals for his club in 136 appearances. In 2013 she signed a new contract with FFC Frankfurt and proved her worth with and outstanding goal scoring performance.

Due to her mind blowing performances she gained the attention of national selectors and made her national debut in 2005. Before becoming part of National German team she also represented Germany U17, U19 and U20 teams. In the recent FIFA World Cup 2015 she scored a hat-trick in Germany’s Opening game against Ivory Coast but she also became the first player in German World Cup History to miss a penalty kick during semi-final against USA.

There are many awards under her belt which includes “German Footballer of the Year 2012”, Bundesliga Top Scorer for years, Champion League top scorer in 2014 and “Fritz Walter Bronze Medal 2005”. Overall she is one of the most experienced and popular footballer of her country.
